Hi there

I'm a politics reporter at The Philadelphia Inquirer, where I cover campaigns and elections in Pennsylvania.

I have appeared on CNN, BBC, The AJC’s Politically Georgia podcast, and my reporting has been highlighted by POLITICO, KUOW, Seattle’s NPR station, and The Stranger, Seattle’s alternative-weekly newspaper.

Prior to this role, I was a politics reporter at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, where I covered the Georgia General Assembly, campaigns and elections and other political issues that impact Georgia and the Southeast. Before that, I was a reporter at The Seattle Times for six years, where I covered mental health and transportation.

I have also reported for The New York Times politics desk.

My reporting has been recognized by the National Press Foundation and IRE.

I’m a University of Georgia graduate and proud alum of The Red & Black.
